The staff - they were amazing from the front desk to the housekeeping personnel. Perfect location in the center of this city. Great facilities, including a cozy café and helpful business center with computers and printer. The breakfast buffet was fabulous every morning.

The hotel staff were professional, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel grounds were clean and had modern facilities. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel during my travels and it was free. The hotel's convenient location in the center of the city made it easy to explore and visit attractions like the Bob Marley museum.

The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were extremely polite, especially Nikole/Nicole and Tenisha from breakfast. The hotel facilities, including the deck outside and the beautiful dining room, were lovely. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The location in new Kingston Jamaica was convenient for a short stay, with transportation easily accessible.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. it was a great choice for a family vacation or leisure trip.
