I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and public areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful pool area and a relaxing spa. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the diamond club lounge and close proximity to JAMAU and MARCO. The staff provided excellent service, especially the butlers, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort with its beautiful facilities and friendly staff. The hotel had everything I needed, from clean and well-maintained areas to a variety of pools for both adults and children, including water slides and a lazy river. The infinity-style pool right on the beach was a highlight, and the swim-up bar added to the fun. The location was perfect, with the hotel situated right by the beach, allowing easy access for swimming and sunbathing. The breakfast options were great, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, with particular shoutouts to Andre, the lifeguard at the water park slide, Meloney from the Spa area, and Kaycian who made some amazing Jamaican drinks. These team members truly deserve recognition and appreciation.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was exceptional. The staff provided excellent customer service and were professional throughout our visit. The breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of options. The location, especially being close to the diamond club with a swim out, was a major plus. The transportation provided by the hotel made it easy for us to explore the area. our experience was amazing and we would highly recommend this hotel to others.
